Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, I am a one-woman-show. The same person who makes your amazing items is the person who does all social media, business work, and packing and shipping. Therefore, during high order volume times such as new releases, it can take me an extra day or two to process all orders. Additionally, if there is a farm or child related issue/emergency, there can be shipping delays. The health and well being of my children and my farm animals always come first. If your order is urgent, please email me and I'll do everything I can to expedite shipping. annie@farmanddesigns.com
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. If you order more than once during a short timeframe, I am often happy to combine shipping and refund overages. We offer international shipping which is also calculated at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
First and foremost, check your confirmation email. It will have links to your order status. Additionally, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at annie@farmanddesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at annie@farmanddesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
